Shipping policy

We want you to love your beautifully selected pieces and crafted spaces as much as we do; if you are not satisfied please follow the policies and instructions below:

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for local pickup. 

Online exclusive items - if not on backorder, you can expect to receive your order within 4-8 weeks. If extended lead times exceed 8 weeks we will inform via email.

RATES:

Order total between $5 - $50 | $10 shipping

Order total between $50.01 - $100 | $15 shipping

Order total between $100.01 - $150 | $20 shipping

Order total between $150.01 - $200 | $25 shipping

Order total between $200.01 - $250 | $30 shipping

Order total between $250.01 - $300 | $35 shipping

Order total between $300.01 - $399 | $40 shipping

Order total $400 and above | Ships FREE

 

LOCAL PICKUP

Free order pickup is available at our showroom located at 3801 E Shea Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85028 with all products, please call for clarification during checkout. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready to be picked up. 

Our showroom pick-up hours are Tues - Friday: 10am-4pm, Saturday: 11am-3pm, CLOSED on Sunday & Monday. Please drive to the front of the store and come in through the front door.

Most furniture, some decor, and lighting are available for local pick-up only, make sure to note when looking at a product if it  says LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY in the description at the bottom. Rugs and art are LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY for what’s in stock - Shipping options available, please call for a quote.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
